Usually, a driver needs:
- a Polish category B driving license held for at least 1 year;
- ID document and legal stay in Poland;
- Polish certificate of no criminal record;
- If you are not a Polish citizen, you also need a criminal record certificate from your country of origin.
- medical examination and psychological tests for TAXI drivers;
- photo and data for app registration;
- for your own car – vehicle documents, insurance, technical inspection and TAXI requirements.
Since 17 June 2024, passenger transport by TAXI and app-based rides in Poland requires a Polish driving license. If you are not sure which documents apply to you, contact us and we will check your case.
For TAXI and app-based passenger transport in Poland, a Polish driving license is required. A foreign license may not be enough for legal driver work. We can explain where to start with exchange or document preparation.

Yes, if the car meets the app requirements and TAXI requirements. Vehicle documents, insurance, technical inspection, license/extract, TAXI markings and other conditions must be checked. If your car is not ready, you can rent a car from us.

If your documents are ready, the start can be quick: we check the documents, register the account, sign the agreement and explain how the app works. If something is missing, we first help you close the missing steps.

With official cooperation, contributions and insurance depend on the cooperation form and your individual situation. We explain the available options before signing, so you understand your contributions and rights.
Taxes depend on the cooperation form, income, expenses and whether you work as an employee, contractor or entrepreneur. We help with app settlements, but individual tax decisions should be confirmed with an accountant before filing declarations.
Before signing an agreement, we provide the driver with current cooperation terms and a document package. This includes, among other things, the agreement, the fee and commission table, RODO/GDPR information and the driver statement. These documents are signed offline; a website inquiry is free of charge and does not replace an agreement.
