We always do everything necessary to ensure that the transfer to your account is made on time.
But sometimes there are unforeseen situations: a bank failure, a system error, a delayed transfer from Uber, Bolt or Free Now, and other situations that we cannot influence. If you have not received the transfer by Thursday before 17:00, please let us know by sending an e-mail to info@auto-pilot.pl (in the subject, plerase, put your name, surname and brief information – “no transfer last week …”), or call one of the contact numbers. Types of transfers:
- Contractual payment (net contractual amount).
- Refunds – the equivalent of invoices (the invoice must be at least 80 zł.) sent to us to reduce tax.
Reimbursement of expenses only within the amount earned. For example, if you earned 1000 zł, and your invoice for 1500 – the difference (500 zł.), will be transferred to the next billing period.
3. Rental payment – the remaining amount payable for the rental of your vehicle.

These are your expenses, so we can deduct them from your tax, thus using these invoices, your VAT will not be 8%, but less.

Yes, of course. Registration is completely official, so, by signing an agreement with us, you are registered with ZUS and have NFZ health insurance.

VAT is a tax on goods and services.
From the amount that the driver received from the transportation of passengers, it is necessary to pay VAT 8%, this tax can be reduced with the help of invoices taken in the name of our company – for fuel, vehicle inspection, tire fitting, etc.
These are your expenses, so we can deduct them from your tax, thus with the help of these invoices your VAT will not be 8%, but less.
Income tax under the car rental contract is paid by the driver himself.
For private rentals, the tax can be calculated in two forms:
fixed (ryczałtu) – 8.5% tax,
on a general basis – 18% tax.
Your choice of taxation should be made no later than the 20th day of the next month after receiving the first rent. If this did not happen, then you are automatically calculated according to the general rules.
You apply to the tax office in person, send by mail or appropriately describe the bank transfer (your first lump sum payment (ryczаłt) in a certain year will act as a declaration on the form of private rental taxation) before the 20th day of the following month after receiving 1st payment.
Tax under a car rental agreement PIT-28 (ryczałt) or PIT-36 must be settled by the driver himself. PIT-28 up to 31st January.
If you want to terminate cooperation with us, you must inform us in advance (at least 14 days) of your intention.
