Terms of Service
Last updated: 31.05.2026
1. Service provider
The services are provided by AUTOPILOT Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000905257, NIP 5223204506, REGON 389167968, registered address: ul. Klinkierowa 1 lok. 85, 02-237 Warszawa, Polska. Contact office: ul. Instalatorów 17 lok. 112, 02-237 Warszawa, Polska. E-mail: info@auto-pilot.pl, phone: +48 502 663 668.
2. Scope of services
The website is intended for drivers interested in cooperation with AutoPilot in passenger TAXI transport through applications, and for people interested in renting a vehicle.
3. Website inquiry
Sending a contact form or inquiry through the website is free of charge and does not oblige the user to sign an agreement. After receiving an inquiry, AutoPilot may contact the user, explain cooperation terms and prepare documents.
4. Agreement signing
The main agreement with a driver/vehicle user is signed separately offline. Detailed terms of cooperation, vehicle rental, settlements, liability, deposits, penalties and additional fees are set out in an individual agreement and its attachments.
5. Settlements and commissions
AutoPilot uses a fixed settlement model. The fee and commission table provides, among other things, a weekly commission of 75 zł, and 100 zł per week when working with a private car. Working with multiple applications does not mean a separate fee for each application unless an individual agreement expressly states otherwise.
6. Vehicle rental, deposits and liability
Vehicle rental may require a refundable vehicle deposit and, if a fuel card is used, a fuel card deposit. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle model and agreement terms. In case of damage, loss of documents, key, registration plate, fuel card, vehicle dirt, smoking in the vehicle or other breaches, additional fees may apply according to the fee and commission table accepted by the driver/vehicle user.
7. Payouts and documents
Payouts and settlements are made based on application data and documents required for legal work. The driver must provide current and accurate data, comply with application rules, TAXI requirements and the signed agreement.
8. Changes
AutoPilot may update the information on the website. Terms signed in an individual agreement prevail over general information materials on the website.
10. Documents before signing
Before signing the offline agreement, the driver/vehicle user receives the current document package. It may include the agreement, the fee and commission table, RODO/GDPR information and the driver statement. These documents specify the actual terms of cooperation, settlements, rental, deposits, penalties and liability. The information on the website is informational and does not replace an individual agreement.
