2. Data collected through the website
Through website contact forms we may collect: name, phone number, e-mail address and message content. Sending an inquiry through the website is free of charge.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- answering your inquiry and contacting you — pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest;
- preparing cooperation, vehicle rental and an offline agreement — pre-contractual steps;
- accounting, tax and legal obligations — legal obligation of the controller;
- website analytics through Google Analytics / Site Kit — user consent where such consent is required by cookie settings and applicable rules.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies, including technical cookies and Google Analytics tools through Site Kit. Optional analytics cookies are used after the user selects the relevant settings in the Complianz banner/panel.
5. Recipients of data
Data may be accessed by AutoPilot employees and contractors, OVH hosting, WordPress and form tools, e-mail/IT providers, Google Analytics/Site Kit, accountants and legal advisers where necessary to handle an inquiry or perform an agreement.
6. Retention period
Inquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and further contact, and then until possible claims expire. Data related to vehicle rental agreements, entrusted fiscal cash registers and settlements may be kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which the rental agreement ended and the fiscal cash register was returned, or longer if required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
8. Automated decisions
Data is not used for automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you.
9. Driver documents
Separate RODO/GDPR information and the driver statement may be provided to the driver/vehicle user together with the document package before signing the offline agreement. These documents relate to further cooperation and do not change the website data processing rules described in this policy.
